                Kosmatka Donnelly & Co. LLP is one of the largest locally owned and operated accounting firms in Southern Oregon. We are a full service accounting firm that has, since 1976, provided personal and business financial planning; tax planning and compliance services; management advice; estate planning; accounting services including audits, reviews and compilations; and computer consulting services. At KDCO, we look beyond the bottom line and use our experience to evaluate what the numbers really say about a clients financial situation.

                We currently employ more than twenty professionals, and are always interested in talking with individuals who can help us meet the needs of our clients and further the goals of our company. Our modern facility provides a very comfortable work atmosphere and all of our employees are encouraged and supported through continuing education.

                Many times, our clients ask us to help place accounting personnel in their accounting departments. Any submitted resumes will be saved for review as positions become available.
