                Streamlining is the art of developing and implementing a custom tailored "standard" for each client's computing needs. This standard goes far beyond just having similar computer hardware, but utilizes highly customized directory structures, very organized Windows desktops, and easily navigated program menus that promote ease of use, and the highest level of productivity for the end-user.
 
                 Streamlining also incorporates some of the newest technology available for maintaining your system. Did your highly customized workstation loose its hard drive? No problem! Streamlining allows you to install your replacement drive, and reload your fully customized, loaded to the gills workstation much faster than rebuilding your system from scratch. Need to install an upgrade or new application to many workstations? Streamlining allows you to accomplish this over the network without having to visit each workstation.
 
                Our Streamlining philosophy can greatly reduce your overall system administration costs, and on-going maintenance is made much easier. For example, we have streamlined 29 workstations here at KDCO. Our staff has access to over 120+ programs on our network. If a users hard drive were to fail, it would take 18+ hours to manually reinstall / reconfigure / customize the workstation to bring it back to "normal" operating standards. Our streamlining process has enabled us to reinstall a replacement hard drive, and come back to "normal" operating standards in less than 20 minutes. In the event that ALL 29 of these workstations have to be rebuilt from ground zero, it would take 1 hour to accomplish the entire job! You couldn't come close to this restoration speed if the system had not been fully STREAMLINED!
