Our History

Kosmatka Donnelly & Co. LLP, (KD&Co)—a Medford CPA firm—was formed in 1979 when Dan Kosmatka decided to purchase the Medford branch of his former employer, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, a “Big 8” accounting firm. Together with Dennis Donnelly and Michael Gohde, they grew the firm into one of the largest accounting firms in Southern Oregon—employing a full team of highly trained professional accounting and technical specialists.
